You don't need to be a certain age o_o;; It doesn't ask for your birthday when you sign up. It's for free. I started using it after I turned 12 *XD I put it under my mom's name though..I'm going to delete that account as soon as PayPal lets me x__x;;

Just put your real one..because you're not allowed to change it once the account is made unless for some legal reasons..which makes you have to send stuff to them.
