Umm...I know Chinese pretty well. It was part of my major, along with Japanese. I'm not extremely great at them, but I can try to help with translating. (It's good practise for me. ^_^)

I may need someone to check my Japanese translations, but I'm willing to try and help!! *EYES

I can also try to do editing. I have Adobe Photoshop. I d/l your editing test and tried to do it...but...maybe, my editing skills look cheap. If anyone could tell me how to erase the Japanese text (really well) and what fonts to use for the english, I would try to do the editing that way. Right now, I just use the magic wand to select the Japanese characters and erase them...then, I tried to use the text box to write text on the image. *??

Otherwise, I don't mind making banners!! *XD

Anyways, a reply would be great. (In the past, I've tried to e-mail but I would never get a response. I don't know why.... *RUN )

Anyways, you can just use the brush tool for cleaning off the text and the clone stamp for things like the sfx...Wild Words is usually used for the English translations.
