i sugest inserting a java chat box it dosent need refrash it has privat mesage if you want to talk with someone privat it has friend list admin and moderator capabiliti the admin makes moderators for the chat box and the moderators make vip or ban or kick who dosent respect the rules moderator max ban is 6 houres that is for thouse who do not behave and use bad language they ca unban them before time runs out if they want to
