We scan our own RAWs... but if you know Chinese you can find a lot of sites for RAW manga if you search on Google XD

It used to be easier to find raws online, back when people were just doing translations posted with the original mangas. Then, scanlation groups like SH tended to keep things in-house. I suppose if there's a particular manga you want, you can search for the title, but if you just google "manga raws" you're going to get sucked into a lot of virusy sites. Alternatively, you can try fileshare groups like BitTorrent.
Althouh, if you really want to read the Japanese version, consider supporting the mangaka and buying some!
