Just need Photoshop and anyone can be an editor ^^ We HIGHLY recommend that you read some guides and do some practice before applying though, links to guides can be found further down this post
When you resize, change it to a fixed height of 1200px, and the width should change by itself, so you don't have to worry about that.

Here is Photoshop 7.0 with serial included:

download both of them and extract:-

you download both files into the same folder and extract it using winrar or winzip

when extracted you should get a folder called Photoshop 7.0
double click on the setup.exe file, install and enter the serial when prompted
