hmm i think the first step is to download mIRC or some other client that supports it
i never heard about this account thing, but i just follow the setup wizard in IRC
then i looked at websites and found tutorials on how to d/l stuff XD
i know how to do the download part if ur stuck on that but i can't remember how to set it up

in the setup wizard u just type in some random name
u can change it all the time too
