Plot Summary: Twelve-year-old Kouyama Mitsuki was devastated when she was diagnosed with a malignant tumor of the throat. She had made a promise to the boy she loves that she would one day become a singer, but her illness made singing impossible. To make matters even worse, two angels of death, Takuto and Meroko, appeared to Mitsuki and informed her that she only had one year left to live. This news provides an even greater motivation for Mitsuki to fulfill her dreams, and with a little bit of divine intervention, she begins her quest to become a professional singer so she can be reunited with Eichi before time runs out.

I love this anime for the colorful art and with some really great J-POP music i love the romance Takuto & Mitsuki!!! I was so happy that these ended together though i felt sorry for Eichi but happy for Takuto! hehehehe ^_6

i luved this anime i watched it over and over songs were soo pretty *LOVE takuto voice and mitsuki voice was beautiful xD warm heart touching anime i cried in it smiled and even laughed the manga was kinda diff but both were beautiful pieces xD

ive heard some good reviews from this anime, and it seems to be most people's first anime so it goes to the bottom of my to watch list *SIGH

Full moon is an amazing anime ^_^ I love it to bits, and it's one of the very early animes I watched.
This is one music anime which manages to pull it off. I've seen a few others such as BECK and gravitation, and they, together with Full Moon bring justice to jpop! :P
anyway. I adore this show. I'd watch it over and over if I could! xD

A bunch of gay guys and cliche lyrics don't make it look good...the actual real artists themselves do. *WIPE But even then, there's really no difference from jpop and American music aside from the difference in language...they're singing about sex and lame things too. *DUNNO

I only know that American music sing about those things..I'm not so sure about jpop or any kind of Japanese music.

Just look like Kumi Koda, Hikaru Utada, or Ayumi Hamasaki lyrics. *WIPE

i really loved Full Moon wo Sagashite!!'s music it was awsome better then any anime *ANGEL

it is such a sad anime.... there is really no clear ending... and i cried... *RUN *NOOO It was just that kind of anime, although it was really touching... i loved it! *LOVE

I tried to watch this anime........... but i was too sad for me *DROP......... but from what i did watch (the first 25 episodes) it was really really good............ And i like the songs in it to *ROLL ...........

it is very sad in the anime (i havent finished the manga) but you will be happy at the end because it is a happy ending =]

*RUN Ive only watched the first episode. I dont think i can watch all of it coz its so sad. Ive read all the manga and it almost made me cry. *EYES Its a great manga and i imagine the anime would be just as good ^_^ The opening(Japanese) makes me laugh though XD

im so sad for eichi, seeing miku was so happy, he decided to let go, but im also happy for takuto and miku at the same time! its a happy sad ending that i cant explain-_-. i just took a shower earlier and its been on my mind since i just finished reading it today *NOOO . maybe i should try watching the anime now and hope i dont cry more tears *SIGH ho ho ho ho ho *GLINT

I lked the manga alot more cuz the manga had a "Happily Ever After" Ending which is good cuz sad endings make mee sad too and they make mee wanna cry T.T
